1st TMM

TMT decided to start the TMM (Technology Management Meeting) again to improve on the communications. It will be a monthly event for an hour. Hence, TMT will have another platform to meet the ppl and vice versa. TMT is meeting the direct reports for monthly target meeting already. TMM has even gone another level lower to include team lead.

The 1st meeting organised by Nathan stressed on Team work.

There were an activity to break into groups and put nails to sit on nails. This was interesting. And some team leaders were chosen to introduce themselves and on the tasks they were doing and going to do.

I reckon it was a good start with rooms for improvement. I am looking forward for the next meeting.
